简单说,就是 Dan Koe 把职业生涯分为四个象限。

  • 心灵。个人心灵世界。你的思想、情感、信念和内心世界。你如何解读世界。
  • 身体。个人物理世界。你的行为和外表。世界如何解读你。包括营养、训练、爱好、习惯、仪容、沟通、服饰等。
  • 精神。集体心灵世界。你与环境、社区、文化、家庭、朋友、同事和现实的关系。你如何获得意义和联系。
  • 职业。集体物理世界。你与系统、结构和社会制度如教育、职业和经济的关联。你如何融入并贡献于社会。

每个象限又分为三个层次,依次是:
